Type-examination on file. Module B certificates for every line, renewed before expiry — copies sent with your first quotation.
Marking that matches. Standard, class and date wheel moulded or printed on every unit, so customs and site inspectors see what the certificate says.
Audited every year. Annual surveillance audits on the quality system; summary reports shared with distributors under NDA.
In-house testing lab
Tested before it ships
Fourteen rigs run the same tests the notified bodies run — on production batches, not golden samples. If a batch fails, it never sees a carton.
Impact resistance
Helmet shells drop-tested with a 5 kN transmitted-force ceiling; toe caps struck at 200 J. Conditioned hot, cold and wet before every strike.
Cut level
Rotating-blade and TDM rigs grade every glove batch from level A to F, with abrasion and tear checked on the same coupon.
Flame & heat
Hi-vis fabrics, sole compounds and respirator media checked for flame spread, heat resistance and after-glow before release.
